a person balances their body on the back of another person. Both their faces are covered with maroon cloth

Identity Theft

“Identity Theft” is inspired by the youthful uprising during the Arab Spring, and how even against the odds and oppressive forces, we must find a way to push back and stand for what we believe in.  People are powerful forces, and we must not forget our ability to create the change we want to see in the world around us.

INFO

“Just looking at the body and the physique in a new way without being able to sum up a person with just their facial features, the way a person would move through space, suddenly became this very dramatic moment.  Taking the viewfinder on your own eyes and shifting it down to the body because there’s nothing more to gravitate to in the face.” -Kate Hutter
